Executive Sounding Board Packages

There are three basic packages that are customizable based on desired use of assessments, scope of sounding board conversations and number of executives within a single company that use these services.   All packages provide access to free resources such as articles and survey tools and entrance into my exclusive community of executives who are able to connect and share problems/concerns with one another.

The Silver Package

This package provides six months of unlimited access to me by e-mail, phone, fax, regular mail, etc.  We can meet in person, as well, if convenient for both of us.  I help people strategically (how do I grow my business, improve my leadership, grow my career etc.) and tactically (what to say in a meeting tomorrow, critiquing business plans, etc.).  I return all phone calls within 90 minutes and all written correspondence within 24 hours.

The Gold Package

Some individuals may be best served with additional structure with accountability for meeting goals.  In addition to what is offered in the silver package, you will receive:

  1. Detailed game plan with specific completion dates, and
  2. Formal, scheduled contact times to discuss accomplishments and any obstacles preventing short-term tasks from being completed.  I will enforce completion dates and task assignments.

The Platinum Package

For leaders who want to “jump start” the process, the platinum package consists of two days with Betsy, at a mutually agreed upon location.  During these two days, we will spend more in-depth time on organizational, leadership, career and/or work/life challenges.  Spouses and significant others are welcome to attend as much of the discussions as they like.  You then enter the silver program for six months.
