The Accelera Approach
Our approach involves providing you a coach/mentor who will walk you through the process of creating a “career by design” – from identifying gifts and talents, to finding the perfect job. We provide the following:
- “On-call” advisor, available as needed
- Unlimited access to coach/mentor during the time period required to achieve agreed upon objectives (vs. set number of coaching hours)
- You initiate contact based on need
- We provide you input and perspective to support your ability to find the perfect job fit
- The majority of our contact will be informally by phone and email with occasional in person meetings as agreed upon.
