No matter what the economic situation, Rising Stars are always in demand. In tough times and good times, you maximize results, and this gives you many options. Being a Rising Star means that you are always growing, that you are progressively making more valuable contributions. It does not necessarily imply that you are consistently moving upward or trying to be perfect; but it does mean you are consistently striving for what you want from your career.
